Join us, grow with us, and together, let's shape the future of biological discovery. ‎ POSITION SUMMARY We are currently searching for an experienced project manager who is able to run SAP related projects in the Field of Production Planning, Production Execution, Internal Logistic and Quality. You will be part of the Global Operations “Plan to Produce Process Governance" team. You will be responsible for managing SAP projects for our US manufacturing sites. You will have to coordinate between the business process experts, the local users and the Masterdata team. You will have to define the activities, follow up on them and execute the changes. RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to): Manage internal projects Coordinate global project teams Manage workshops Align with different stakeholders in Business, Master data and Plan to Produce Collect the needed data from different sources (persons, documents etc.) Prepare and monitor change requests where needed Monitor the progress of all needed activities Key Attributes Proven background in Business processes like Production Planning, Production Execution, Logistic and Quality Batch management and Shelf life topics should be known Experience with SAP R/3 is needed (S/4 desirable) University degree is an advantage Manage a medium size project Manage a project team (Matrix) Ability to prioritize and hold the focus Strong communication skills Proven background in project management Have run or contributed in a SAP integration project What we offer Bonus/Commission Local benefits Referral Program Volunteer Day Internal Academy (QIALearn) Employee Assistance Program Hybrid work (conditional to your role) Our people are the heartbeat of everything we do.
