Experienced Customer Care Representative – Retail Technology Support

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team in our beautiful Miami office near Edgewater. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a critical role in providing technical assistance, resolving product and service issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, live remote support chat sessions, and email interactions
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the root cause, and selecting the best solution to resolve the issue
- Maximizing phone availability to minimize hold times and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Assisting customers with empathy, patience, and composure under pressure
- Logging all relevant details regarding client interactions and services rendered using our ticketing system
- Participating in special projects as assigned by management to drive business growth and improvement
- Staying up-to-date on all products and services offered to clients to provide informed support
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
- Answering queries initiated through our company website and routing requests through proper channels to generate sales
- Working a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when necessary to meet business demands
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
- A+ Certification or equivalent technical certification
- Ability to perform effectively under stress in a high call volume environment
- Strong front-line interaction skills via live chat and telephones
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve technical and non-technical issues
- Ability to work in different shifts (40 hours a week)
- Passion and perseverance for excellence in treating and caring for customers
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to type 40 wpm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
