The Role

As a Remote Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our brand, providing exceptional support and guidance through live chat interactions. Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and genuine interest in helping others will shine through every interaction, leaving customers with a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers through live chat, providing support, answering queries, and offering product information

Requirements:

* A laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection is necessary

  • Basic English writing skills are essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Flexibility to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
