Experienced Customer Service Associate – Global Pharmaceutical Diagnostics

We are now seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team and provide outstanding customer service to our customers, overseas distributors, and subsidiaries.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing an excellent service for end customers, distributors, and subsidiaries, ensuring a quality of service that meets our high standards.
  • Receiving orders from customers and managing them in line with company policy and systems, following through to shipment.
  • Collaborating with other arenaflex departments for dispute resolution and establishing close relationships with customers and commercial partners to gain their trust.
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, developing solid product knowledge and a strong understanding of the Supply Chain.
  • Working as part of a team, with a flexible and proactive approach to increase and maintain the quality of service.
  • Building effective relationships with other departments to understand the impact on customers and service levels.
  • Providing knowledge and accurate information to customers, raising quotations for customers and distributors as requested and in line with Company Policy.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Some experience in customer service or a customer-facing environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Competence with Excel and Word.
  • Ability to manage yourself and tasks in a proactive manner.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A calm and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to communicate using the local language and additional languages if required.
  • Ability to work the closing shift (9:30am-6:30pm EST), with a one-hour lunch break daily.

Desired Characteristics

While not essential, the following characteristics would be beneficial:

  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, cross-country team environment.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and drive individual projects.
  • ERP/SAP knowledge.
  • Fluency in Spanish is desired.

  • A competitive salary range of $40,800.00-$61,200.00 Annual.
  • Performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
