Responsibilities
As a part-time Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and clients.
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and drive business growth.
Qualifications
To succeed as a part-time Chat Specialist, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus).

Requirements
* Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
- Own a computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone.
- Attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom (Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT).
- Work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday.
