Job Description
As a part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, and maintaining thorough and accurate records of customer interactions. You'll work collaboratively with team members to improve customer experience and contribute to the success of our customer service team.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer experience and contribute to the success of our customer service team
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under 4 hours per day
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
