Job Description

As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support. You will oversee daily operations, provide guidance to team members, and work to improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer support

  • Ensure customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently, with a focus on resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to help team members improve their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and implement customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality across the team
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance and customer feedback to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service to ensure the team is always providing the highest level of support

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or similar leadership role, with a track record of success in leading high-performing teams

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
