We're currently seeking an experienced and highly detailed-oriented part-time Data Entry Clerk for our Norfolk office. This role is perfect for individuals who are computer savvy, have a keen eye for detail, and are passionate about delivering high-quality results. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded in our company database.

Job Summary:

This part-time job opening offers a competitive hourly salary and a comprehensive benefits package that includes Health, Dental, Paid Training, and Paid Vacations. The ideal candidate will work less than 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, and will be required to perform a variety of tasks related to data entry, data verification, and data retrieval.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurate data entry of information into relevant databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Respond to requests to retrieve data from the database and assist in generating reports.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Follow data integrity and security policies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Fast typing skills with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Educational Qualifications:

While a High School Diploma or equivalent is required, a Certificate in Data Entry or related field is preferred.
