Job Description

As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via live chat, ensuring their experience with arenaflex is positive and stress-free. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and arenaflex services
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality
  • Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex policies, procedures, and promotions
