Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in building sustainable relationships and trust with our customer accounts. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing large amounts of incoming calls and identifying customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Building trust and rapport with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage large amounts of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve any emerging problems
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Requirements:
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
- Proficiency in using technology, such as CRM software and phone systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
