Job Summary
As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat to assist with inquiries related to bookings, flight status, baggage policies, and more. You'll provide accurate and timely information to enhance customer satisfaction, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions in a professional manner. You'll also maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues, and stay updated on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
