Job Summary

* Job Type: Full-Time

  • Salary: $18-$22/hour
  • Working Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Location: Seattle, WA

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues to the customer's satisfaction, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach
  • Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and escalating issues when necessary to ensure seamless resolution
  • Following up with customers to ensure their needs are fully met and they have a positive experience with arenaflex

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • The ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively, remaining composed under pressure
  • Basic computer proficiency, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory – we're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and become an expert
