Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in Springfield, IL. As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing top-notch support to our clients. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
