Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic, proactive, and tech-savvy individuals to join our remote Live Chat Support team. As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers, and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Documenting and escalating any complex issues to the appropriate department

Requirements
