Job Description

As a Remote arenaflex Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely and accurate information regarding their travel plans. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers through live chat, ensuring they receive outstanding support and solutions to their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our systems for continuous improvement.

  • Stay updated on arenaflex policies, procedures, and promotions to provide the best support.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in using chat platforms and other customer service software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
