Job Summary

As an Online Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our valued customers. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via chat, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products and services. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and accurate manner

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications efficiently
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Further education or certifications in customer service, communications, or a related field

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry
