The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

* Manage large amounts of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools and CRM systems
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries

Requirements

* High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

* Experience working in a remote or call center environment
