Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Email and Chat Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support through email communication, addressing customer questions, concerns, and inquiries in a prompt, professional, and accurate manner. This role requires excellent written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities

As an Email and Chat Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer emails and chats promptly and professionally, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Assisting customers with product information, order tracking, billing inquiries, and other related issues.
  • Collaborating with other employees to resolve or route complex customer issues.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of inquiries, resolutions, and any additional actions taken.
  • Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations and fosters positive relationships.
  • Performing other duties such as invoicing, billing, and communicating with our business partners as needed.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely in written form.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening and empathy.
