What to Expect
As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and manage your schedule to meet the needs of our team. You'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Efficiently manage data entry tasks with precision and speed (minimum of 40 words per minute)
- Demonstrate proficiency in English language skills; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Utilize Word and Excel effectively for administrative tasks
- Previous experience in tier 1 helpdesk support and triage is advantageous
- Contribute to building tools to migrate organizations, accounts, users, and select Orders components as part of our Beacon-to-Link migration project
- Support our development team's efforts by manually organizing and building users in Link
