Key Responsibilities

As a Voice and Data Entry Specialist for Healthcare, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in both voice and non-voice processes as required, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and high-quality results.
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries efficiently.
  • Verifying information from third-party entities using online databases, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks according to client specifications and training, adhering to quality control processes.
  • Performing data entry, verifying vendor resources, validating board certifications, and liaising with state boards for updates, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Ensuring tasks are executed promptly and with high quality, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Fulfilling additional duties as required by the company, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
