Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling high-volume client calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing arenaflex's pharmacy information entry methodology and rules
  • Entering patient and medication data into our system, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
  • Investigating missing prescription data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving data entry-related exceptions
  • Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary
  • Maintaining a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the first 90 days and keeping a current license or certification
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online

  • Basic web browsing skills, including:

+ Opening a web browser + Typing URLs in the address bar + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms

  • Basic keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 25 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing records

  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 35 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing records

  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
