Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, while providing accurate information about products, services, and policies. Your role will also involve assisting customers with order tracking, returns, and exchanges, as well as maintaining customer records by updating account information.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
