Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. You'll be responsible for reviewing and correcting records, resolving issues, and collaborating with various internal and external teams to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities:

* Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with Aetna enrollment package records

  • Resolve issues and discrepancies in shared mailboxes and work queues, working with multiple regions and teams to deliver green resolutions
  • Analyze and reconcile eligibility records between systems, identifying and resolving errors and discrepancies
  • Monitor and track records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex policies
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex systems, policies, and procedures
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and entry, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare organization or related field

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements

Education:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
