Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and families, gathering information, and relaying it to our clinical team. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinical team

  • Provide exceptional customer care, ensuring that patients and families feel heard, understood, and supported
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and policies to provide accurate information to patients and families
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services and processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, navigating multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times

Requirements

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Evening, weekend shifts required (including holidays)
  • Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
  • Background check will be conducted as part of the interview process
  • Federal work-eligibility check will be conducted upon hire

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Familiarity with telehealth or healthcare services
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits

* Starting pay: $18.00 per hour

  • Opportunity to increase pay quickly; company promotes from within
  • Work-from-home (remote position) after a two-week orientation/training in our Gilbert training center
