Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be employed by our company but will be working exclusively with our client's customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical and non-technical assistance to customers, ensuring that their inquiries are resolved efficiently and satisfactorily. You will be the face of our client's brand, and your excellent communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing timely and effective support to customers
  • Provide technical and non-technical assistance to customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Develop and implement efficient and satisfying solutions to customers' inquiries, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Treat customers with respect, following arenaflex's policies and procedures, and adhering to our high standards of customer service
  • Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise, ensuring that our customer support services are consistently excellent

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in a call center environment, is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be advantageous:

  • Previous experience working with technology products or services
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • A full-time job with various shifts from Monday to Friday, between 09:00-19:00
  • An hourly rate of 8.03€ to 8.56€ (during the trial period and after)
