Job Overview:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfilment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
• Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
• Collaborate with the e-Fulfilment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals and objectives, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication

Qualifications:

* No experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus, but not required

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant certifications or training in data entry or a related field are an asset
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, maintaining attention to detail and a high level of productivity
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to quality
• Desire and ability to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
