Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Work from Home. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Work from Home, your key responsibilities will include:

Preferred Qualifications

While prior customer service and client care experience is preferred, it is not required. However, we do encourage applicants with experience in the following areas:

  • Customer service or client care experience in a call center or remote work environment
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of renewable energy or sustainability principles
