• Collaborate with customers in a compassionate, professional, friendly, and expert manner
• Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets
• Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
• Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
• Perform passenger check-in and front seat assignment (excluding curbside)
• Issue vouchers and coordinate with contractors for passenger lodging, meals, and transportation

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Answering customer inquiries and providing information about our services and policies
• Working with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services
• Utilizing various internal resources and systems to provide effective solutions
• Complying with company policies, procedures, and performance standards

All You'll Require for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or international equivalent
• Bilingual language skills required in certain locations
• Valid driver's license as required by local authorities
• Ability to pass FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security ID display areas (SIDA), if applicable
• Ability to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
• Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, and/or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Saber or other Passenger Service Systems
• Prior face-to-face customer service experience
• Experience working in a high-speed environment
• Bachelor's degree or higher
