- E-mail & Chat Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, addressing their questions and issues in a clear and concise manner. Properly enter customer information and resolution in the ticketing system.
- Skill Improvement: Continuously strive to improve your cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Stay up-to-date with support resources provided by arenaflex and its clients.
- Communication: Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your immediate supervisor or department manager. Share trends, issues, and solutions with supervisors and management to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support Coworkers: Offer procedural advice and assistance to other representatives, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Client Relationships: Maintain positive working relationships with support clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Productivity and Accuracy: Meet departmental productivity standards while maintaining accuracy in our ticketing system.
