Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Consultant - Customer Onboarding Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Guiding new arenaflex customers through the onboarding journey from initial purchase to confident everyday use
• Developing and maintaining learning content to support new and existing customers
• Leveraging your knowledge of CAD and BIM software applications to understand customer needs and product requirements
• Developing customer relationships to advise organizations on deriving value from BIM software and project delivery
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and areas for improvement

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A deep understanding of current and emerging practices in the AEC industry
• Experience in customer onboarding, training, and teaching, including live instruction and on-demand learning
• Strong knowledge of CAD and BIM software applications, including ALLPLAN
