Field Application Engineer - New College Graduate (NCG)
Sandisk is a leading company in the computer hardware industry, known for its innovative solutions in Flash and advanced memory technologies. They are seeking a Field Application Engineer to support key customers by managing technical relationships, product qualifications, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the product life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical relationships with the assigned customer. FAE is the go-to person as customer’s technical contacts
- Manage product qualifications and activities, like customer specification collection, sample arrangement, technical issue management and effective customer communication
- Responsible for handling the 1st level hands-on debugging
- Coordinate and work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent and advocate customer needs and priorities to internal teams
Skills
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 3.5 GPA
- Have desire to develop career in the storage industry
- Effective communicator and interested in customer facing role
- Strong team player
- Basic understanding about computer hardware and software architectures
- Familiar with Windows and/or Linux systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good project management skills
