[Remote] Accounts Payable Analyst

They are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage travel and expense reports, vendor invoices, and assist with financial close processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve employee travel and expense (T&E) reports to ensure compliance with company policies
• Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding T&E policy questions and submissions
• Process vendor invoices accurately and manage vendor relations to resolve payment issues
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including preparing accruals and reconciliations
• Generate and analyze reports on T&E spending trends and compliance metrics

Skills

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable, particularly with T&E report review and compliance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building effective relationships
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in financial software, Google Workspace, and Excel
• Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI and experience using AI-powered tools for process improvement
• Experience with tools such as Navan, Expensify, Tipalti, and Intacct
