Field Service Technician -- Arizona, New Mexico, Utah
Arjo is a company dedicated to changing lives for individuals with health and mobility challenges. They are seeking a Field Service Technician to provide preventative maintenance and repair on medical equipment at hospitals in Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah, with a focus on high-quality service and customer relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance, repair, installations, upgrades, and in-servicing at customer locations (medical facilities)
- Technical diagnosis and repair cost estimates on customer-owned medical equipment
- Assists the Sales team in marketing company equipment (joint calls, in-services, sales leads, demo and trade show set-up, etc)
- Grow Service Contracts revenue through service contracts and renewal of existing service contracts
- Align with all health and safety codes and procedures as mandated by company policy, customer requirements, and regulatory agencies
- Completed and submit accurate reporting
- Spare parts inventory management
- Daily driving and flying to customer locations (medical facilities); 50-75% overnight travel
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Repair and maintenance experience with electromechanical equipment
- Electrical and mechanical assembly
- Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull 75 pounds
- Associate's Degree in an Electrical or Mechanical field
- Training and/or certifications
- Sales experience
