[Remote] CCS Sales Estimator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Castelan Commercial Services is part of the Castelan Group, a diverse organisation specialising in planned and preventative maintenance and supply chain solutions for all furnishing assets. We are seeking a Sales Estimator to join our Commercial Services team, responsible for analysing customer requirements, preparing project estimates, and supporting business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and gather detailed information for accurate estimates
• Prepare scopes of work and quotations for commercial projects
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate and delivered on time
• Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to business growth
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all estimates and proposals

Skills

• Proven experience in customer service with strong interpersonal skills
• Background in estimating jobs and preparing detailed proposals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a field-based environment
• Full UK driving licence and Right to Work in the UK
