[Remote] Marketing Coordinator, Expanded Core

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of campaigns across email, push, and in-app placements
  • Contribute to storytelling campaigns that strengthen user connection and partner value
  • Streamline marketing operations across teams for smooth, on-time execution
  • Collaborate in cross-functional team meetings to support campaign planning and performance updates
  • Support the Director as required to manage the points budget and align marketing goals with topline revenue goals
  • Track and report key KPIs, translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Use generative and workflow AI tools to boost speed, creativity, and efficiency

Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Genuine enthusiasm for teamwork, innovation, and experimentation
