Responsibilities

As a Remote Evening Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner
  • Providing accurate information regarding products and services
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Documenting customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system
