Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service across all our services, both in-person and remotely, with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
  • Accurately and efficiently processing customer transactions, including inspecting and entering clothing into our Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person requests, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Performing a range of tasks as required, including data entry, reporting, and other administrative duties.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle outbound calls effectively, with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Strong typing skills, with accuracy and speed for data entry tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
