Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our virtual call center team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through real-time calls, ensuring their shopping experience is nothing short of outstanding. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through real-time calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed departmental goals and performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and phone systems
  • Availability to work a variety of shift assignments, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime peak periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual call center environment or remote customer support role

  • Knowledge of fashion and style, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and products
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and phone systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
