Your Role in Our Mission

As a Call Center Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering telephones and responding to customer questions and/or forwarding calls to appropriate personnel
  • Recording calls on account history records with results of the inquiry and initiating required confirmations without direct supervision
  • Researching customer inquiries and responding to appropriate parties in a timely manner
  • Processing calls timely, accurately, and with quality to ensure service levels are met or exceeded
  • Interfacing with team members, management, customers, and clients in reference to customer service issues
  • Ensuring inquiries and issues are researched and in compliance with state-identified policies, procedures, and criteria
  • Reviewing and recommending modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions
  • Staying abreast of industry best practices, process improvements, and customer service to maintain state-of-the-art Contact Center

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Two or more years of customer service or telephone experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with accountability for self-time management
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions

What You Can Expect in This Role

As a Call Center Customer Support Agent, you can expect:

  • Full-time (40 hours a week) employment with the opportunity to work remotely from home
  • May require shift work and some overtime when necessary
  • Most benefits start on the first day of employment
  • Remote work requires a Broadband Internet connection with a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29,100 - $41,600 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. As a salaried, full-time employee, you'll be eligible for our generous, flexible vacation policy, a 401(k) employer match, comprehensive health benefits, and educational assistance. We also offer a variety of leadership and technical development academies to help build your skills and capabilities.
