Key Responsibilities:

* Support client achievement and resolve moderately complex requests or issues related to financial products and services through various channels, including telephone, email, chat, video calls, and other forms of communication.

  • Perform routine tasks such as responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a superior customer experience while adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Regularly receive guidance from management, escalate questions, and refer more complex issues to colleagues.
  • Conduct analysis to determine reasonably complex client issues, including collaborating with other departments for issue resolution.
  • Work with experienced agents on complex issues and provide guidance to new hires and less experienced staff.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Capabilities:

* 3+ years of experience in evaluating and addressing client needs or resolving client issues, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and management in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools to find information.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a focus on delivering results.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to quickly acquire business processes and procedures.
