Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing major business accounts and providing order management and customer care to our Corporate Sales Team. Your primary duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing exceptional customer service support to external customers, internal callers, and transfers

  • Processing a variety of orders, including electronic and manual order entry
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our CRM system
  • Responding to customer service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Utilizing our Customer Contact Tool to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborating with the Corporate Sales Team to provide sales support and account maintenance
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
  • Working closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or B2B environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to use discretion when working with confidential information
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive knowledge of order entry and customer service processes within arenaflex
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce

  • Knowledge of order management and fulfillment processes
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and data analysis
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
