What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) working from home, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat
• Helping customers resolve technical issues and concerns related to healthcare services
• Assessing customer needs and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining a strong customer focus and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
• Navigating multiple systems and tools to resolve customer issues
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 6 months customer service experience
• Verifiable High School diploma or GED
• Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
