Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with leaders at a set of customer accounts, focusing on Enterprise and mid-market merchants
  • Understand the customers' businesses and needs, and find ways for them to be more successful in using arenaflex solutions
  • Identify opportunities to deepen and expand their business with arenaflex, and develop strategies to achieve these goals
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction, and work to reduce churn and grow revenue
  • Represent arenaflex at a senior level to merchants, and provide detailed feedback from merchants to our internal partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive initiatives forward and achieve company-wide goals
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex solutions, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in customer success, account management, or a related field, with a focus on technical solutions
  • Experience working with Enterprise and mid-market merchants, and a deep understanding of their needs and challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze customer data and develop strategies to drive growth and reduce churn
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering results and achieving goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, and experience working with sales and marketing teams
  • Experience with customer success platforms, and data analysis tools
