Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and service
- Responding to all incoming customer calls in a timely, pleasant, and helpful manner
- Processing customer orders placed via phone, email, or fax, and maintaining accurate records in our database
- Processing payments by credit card, check, or check by phone, ensuring seamless transactions
- Collaborating with coworkers and the sales team to ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintaining and updating customer information in our database to ensure accurate records and efficient communication
- Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
Skills and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the food service or Child Care Industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
- Enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, reliability, and dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
