Job Description

As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to provide sales, support, and customer service to some of America's top companies. You'll navigate client systems, update customer information and orders, and work with a variety of clients to resolve issues and provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide sales, support, and customer service to clients across various industries.

  • Navigate client systems and update customer information and orders.
  • Select your own schedule, half hour by half hour, to fit your needs and preferences.
  • Choose the clients you want to work with and select the projects that interest you the most.
  • Work from the comfort of your own home, with access to online training and support resources.
  • Participate in online certification courses and training programs to develop new skills and advance in your career.

Requirements:

* Background Check: Must pass a thorough background check to ensure your safety and the safety of our clients.

  • Voice and Other Assessments: Must pass voice and other assessments to ensure your communication skills and professionalism.
  • Computer Check: May have to pass a computer check to ensure your technical skills and proficiency.
  • Certification Course: Must pass an online certification course to demonstrate your knowledge and skills.
  • Notarized Affidavit of Identity: Must provide a notarized affidavit of identity to verify your identity and ensure the security of our clients' information.
  • Drug Test: May have to take a drug test depending on the client you choose to work with.

Essential Qualifications:

* Computer: Must have a reliable computer with internet access and a quiet workspace.

  • Dual Monitor: Dual monitor preferred but not required.
  • Phone with Headset: Must have a phone with a headset (POTS and digital, no VOIP or softphone).
  • Internet: Must have hardwired internet access.
  • USB Headset: Must have a USB headset for clear and professional communication.
  • Quiet Space: Must have a quiet space to work, free from distractions and interruptions.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM and customer service platforms.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
