Experienced E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist – Luxury Fashion Brand Ambassador

Now, we're seeking an exceptional E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist to join our team and help us continue to shine.

The Role & Responsibilities

As an E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences across our high-volume omnichannel platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with our current customer service team members to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer relations
  • Building strong, personalized relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with orders, exchanges, returns, and more, with a focus on efficiency and a positive outcome
  • Developing a deep understanding of our product line and company voice, using this knowledge to create up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Identifying and nurturing relationships with VIP customers, providing personalized service and individual outreach to exceed their expectations
  • Creating on-brand packages and content as needed to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate reporting, tracking, and systems to ensure seamless operations
  • Representing the core values of arenaflex in all communications, serving as a brand ambassador and championing our mission

Who You Are

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft OS, Shopify, Full Circle (or other ERP system), and all social media platforms
  • Fashion or E-Commerce experience is highly recommended, but not required
  • A creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to think outside the box
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads under pressure and independently
  • Strong multitasking and self-management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • A high level of integrity in all aspects of your work and personal life
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with other teams
  • 2+ years of omnichannel customer service experience in a like-minded environment (luxury, both wholesale and DTC) is preferred

Compensation & Benefits
