Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our services, and driving growth within our team. If you're a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting guests and creating an exceptional first impression for all visitors
* Educating guests on our single wash, upgrades, and membership packages
* Offering and selling BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and BLISS Single Wash Packages as well as Upgrades
* Processing payments and ensuring all vehicles are loaded safely and correctly onto the conveyor
* Preparing vehicles within company guidelines and performing quality control checks to ensure all vehicles are BLISS clean and wiped down within company guidelines
* Providing excellent service to ensure all guests have a great experience
* Maintaining a safe and clean work area and performing after-hours site cleaning by following the schedule
* Maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing proper uniform/appearance policy
* Following company safety protocol and being a team player
Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:
* A combination of experiences in car wash, retail, and guest service industries (although not necessary)
* The ability to maintain the highest level of service and adapt to the ever-changing high-volume retail environment
* Flexibility to work varied hours/days as business dictates
* Demonstrated ability to improve through training
* Excellent communication and follow-through skills to build great relationships with guests and co-workers
Work Schedule and Environment
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll work a full-time or part-time schedule with varied hours/days as business dictates. You'll work mainly outdoors and at times indoors, with constant exposure to fumes from equipment and cleaning solvents. You'll also be exposed to constant fluctuation in temperature and conditions, as well as some noise and vibration.
Physical Demands
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:
* Lift up to 50 lbs
* Stand or walk for long periods of time
* Operate all related equipment
