Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Alternative Investments Remote Work Opportunity

Job Summary:
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our Alternative Investments operations. You'll be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities, refining exchange deal transactions, and identifying/ addressing discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and our fund business or transfer representatives. This role also involves processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions activity, and processing/reconciling dividend activity. You'll work closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams, as well as external partners, to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for Alternative Investments
- Refine exchange deal transactions in client accounts and identify/address discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and our fund business or transfer representatives
- Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions activity, and process/reconcile dividend activity
- Conduct research on complex/escalated issues and perform testing/validation of new technology augmentations and vendor changes
- Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account
- Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams, as well as external partners, to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth
- Communicate effectively with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders through email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Alternative Investments, including trading, transfers, and corporate actions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Salesforce
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with TD Ameritrade systems and processes
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3
- Experience with tax programming and coding
- Certification in a related field, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
