Scale Plus is a business development company based in Montréal, specializing in the information technology (IT) sector. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to contribute to their sales strategy, execute business development missions, and generate real business opportunities for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Scale Plus’s sales strategy
  • Execute business development missions for our clients
  • Craft impactful sales pitches
  • Prospect over the phone
  • Book qualified meetings with decision-makers (C-Level, department heads, etc.)
  • Participate in demo meetings and handle follow-ups
  • Support negotiation and closing phases
  • Keep CRM tools up to date and produce weekly reports
  • Lead client check-ins and status meetings
  • Actively contribute to the growth of Scale Plus

Skills

  • Un sens de la persuasion et de l'aisance à l'oral ( en français et en anglais )
  • Une attitude de chasseur(se) : tu n'as pas peur du téléphone et tu adores la prospection
  • Le goût du résultat et du challenge
  • De la rigueur et de l'organisation
  • Une première expérience en développement des affaires B2B (min. 1 an)
  • Une affinité avec le secteur tech ? C'est un gros plus
  • A passion for the tech industry? That's a big plus
