Junior Account Executive – Business Financing
Irving Fund is a fast-growing business financing firm helping small and mid-sized businesses secure smart capital solutions. This role involves direct sales interactions with business owners, qualifying prospects, educating clients on financing options, and supporting senior account executives throughout the deal process.
Responsibilities
- Speak with inbound and outbound business-owner leads
- Qualify prospects and uncover financing needs
- Educate clients on loan and credit options
- Support senior account executives through the deal process
- Follow up consistently and move deals forward
- Manage pipeline activity and notes in our CRM
- Build real sales skill through daily reps and direct feedback
Skills
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Competitive mindset with a desire to earn
- Coachable, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment
- Prior sales experience is a plus, not a requirement
